CBC Service specializes in the rehabilitation of public buildings in Île-de-France, operating in education, culture, health, sports, hospitality, and housing sectors.

We are looking for a senior Works Supervisor (Conducteur/trice de travaux principal(e)) to work on complete renovation projects across Île-de-France.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Establishing and controlling the project budget and schedule,
* Managing administrative procedures related to the construction site,
* Leading and coordinating all project works,
* Managing human resources, technical, administrative, and financial aspects of the project,
* Overseeing project reception and obtaining the final acceptance report,
* Ensuring proper transfer of the dossier,
* Participating in method and resource planning with the Site Management and Methodology Department, including labor, equipment, suppliers, and subcontractors,
* Drafting and disseminating the QPE plan and amendments,
* Verifying compliance with safety measures outlined in the PPSPS,
* Fostering relationships with subcontractor representatives and promoting Group values among subcontractors.

If you want to work on major brand projects and see your work materialize quickly, we seek technically trained professionals with at least experience as a Construction Supervisor, capable of leading dynamic teams and projects.

You should have a Bac+3 level diploma in BTP or equivalent, with successful experience in a similar role within a large company.

A minimum of 6 years of successful experience is required. Good knowledge of Structural Work and TCE is necessary.

You are recognized for your interpersonal skills, listening, and diplomacy. You enjoy teamwork and adapt easily.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office is mandatory.
