The end-customer is a major global cloud service provider, recognized as a top international player supporting large-scale enterprises in e‑commerce, finance, media, gaming, and technology.
To support its growth in Central Europe, our client is seeking a Sales Assistant (SDR - Sales Development Representative) based in Frankfurt, Germany. This role is focused on driving inbound and outbound lead generation and client engagement campaigns across Germany and nearby markets.
As an SDR, you will be responsible for:
Execute online and offline lead generation and customer engagement activities for the Central EU business.
Conduct outbound telemarketing in target verticals.
Qualify prospects and set up meetings using BANT criteria (Budget, Authority, Need, Timing).
Register clients and partners for events, make reminder calls, and follow up post-event for qualification.
Work closely with sales, operations, marketing, and architecture teams to drive new incremental Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQL).
Conduct LinkedIn and market research as instructed by the Business Development Manager (BDM).
Maintain and cleanse local client and partner databases.
Identify high-potential clients and create 2-3 compelling reasons to reach out.
Nurture relationships with high-potential clients for long-term cooperation.
Engage in frequent calling and handle challenging discussions with resilience.
Experience: More than 2 years of sales experience, in an IT environment.
Education: Bachelor's degree required with technology/computer background.
Skills & Knowledge:
Proven experience selling cloud and/or AI solutions.
Independent market research and lead generation skills.
Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools.
Smart, responsible, and resilient personality.
Languages: Fluent in German and English.
Salary: 34,000 € - 48,000 € fixed per year.
