Nous avons également des commerciaux et des équipes de projet en déplacement dans toute la France qui répartissent leur temps de travail entre les réunions avec les clients et les visites sur les sites Aggreko.

Nous avons fourni une solution d'urgence complète en groupes électrogènes à un grand hôpital universitaire et aux services d'urgence, mis en place une centrale électrique autonome pour Total et nous avons également fourni l'énergie pour la Coupe du monde de rugby 2023. Ce projet nécessitait plus de 9,5 MVA de puissance dans des groupes électrogènes d'une capacité de 200 à 350 KVA installés sur 9 sites.

As purchase-to-pay Lead, you will oversee and optimise the Purchase-to-Pay process while acting as the key liaison between Aggreko, Wipro, and our suppliers.
In this role, you will manage and improve end-to-end P2P processes, ensuring alignment between procurement, functional teams, and system operations. You will play a central part in driving standardisation, system integration, and process implementation across the organisation. Acting as the primary problem-solver between Aggreko, Wipro, and suppliers, you will reinforce and communicate our processes clearly to all stakeholders. This supervisory operations role involves providing on-the-ground leadership, supporting change initiatives, and approving purchase orders within your delegated authority.


Responsibilities:
· Provide P2P subject‑matter expertise to drive the design, optimisation, and application of business processes and system integration.
· Support and enhance business process implementation and standardisation across P2P operations.
· Facilitate alignment of best practices, including master data, roles and responsibilities, and system usage.
· Participate in and support key organisational, process, and technology change projects aligned with business objectives.
· Gather requirements and document business processes/procedures using workflow modelling and standardised templates.
· Approve purchase orders within delegated authority (as defined by matrix) and act as liaison/problem‑solver between Aggreko, Wipro, and suppliers.

What we're looking for:
· Previous experience in Purchase‑to‑Pay, business process optimisation, or procurement operations.
· Strong understanding of system integration and workflow/process documentation.
· Experience working cross‑functionally with internal teams and external partners.
· Ability to lead and manage operational activities within an established framework.
· Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, able to assess risks and drive improvement projects.
