We are looking for a Group Working Capital Manager

Your responsibilities:

* Preparation and presentation of analytical review of actual Working Capital (Group, Division, Country)

* Calculation of DSO/ DPO evolution scenario based on MTP

* Support optimization of DSO, by monitoring overdues and customer payment terms and leading both short term and medium term action plans to improve these indicators,

* Identification of working capital best practices inside or outside the Group and implement new optimization solutions (including credit and cash collections tools)

* Implementation of customer SCF programs

* Following of credit insurance levels and manages relationship with Credit Insurance Company.

* Review of standard payment terms per country, type of purchases

* Interaction with Operating Treasury Reporting Team and Group SCF Program manager to improve WC in the Group.

* Contribution to Group Ethics & Compliance program by applying and respecting code of Ethics and Valeo’s policies.

About you:

* You are in possession of a Masters Degree

* You have 3 to 5 years of experience

* You are a rigorous person with a strong appetite for numbers

* You are results oriented
