VOS MISSIONS

En tant que Planning Manager, vous avez la responsabilité de:

* Superviser et mettre à jour le planning organisationnel N2 du projet, en cohérence avec les jalons techniques et contractuels.
* Coordonner les activités des sous-traitants et assurer la visibilité entre les différentes interfaces.
* Identifier les chemins critiques, anticiper les dérives et proposer les actions correctives nécessaires.
* Fournir une vision claire et partagée de l'avancement du chantier à la direction de projet.
* Contribuer à la gestion des risques planning et à la mise en œuvre des actions d'atténuation.
* Participer activement aux revues d'avancement et de coordination avec les acteurs internes et externes du projet.


English - YOUR MISSIONS

As a Planning Manager, you will be responsible for:

* Supervising and updating the project’s Level 2 organizational schedule, ensuring alignment with technical and contractual milestones.
* Coordinating subcontractor activities and ensuring visibility across different interfaces.
* Identifying critical paths, anticipating delays, and proposing necessary corrective actions.
* Providing a clear and shared view of project progress to the project management team.
* Contributing to planning risk management and implementing mitigation actions.
* Actively participating in progress and coordination reviews with internal and external project stakeholders.


VOTRE EXPÉRIENCE

* Expérience confirmée en planification de projets industriels clés en main tels que des centrales électriques ou nucléaires, des installations industrielles, ou des usines pétrochimiques.
* Solide pratique de la coordination de planning multi-acteurs et bonne connaissance des environnements chantier.
* Capacité à travailler dans des environnements complexes et exigeants.


Your Experience

* Proven experience in planning turnkey industrial projects such as power plants or nuclear facilities, industrial installations, or petrochemical plants.
* Strong experience in multi-stakeholder schedule coordination and good knowledge of construction site environments.
* Ability to work in complex and demanding environments.


VOTRE PROFIL

* Diplôme d’ingénieur ou équivalent (Bac+5).
* 15 ans d’expérience en planification de projets dans le milieu industriel.
* Maîtrise de Primavera P6.
* Bon niveau anglais.


Your Profile

* Engineering degree or equivalent (Master’s level, Bac+5).
* 15 years of experience in project planning within the industrial sector.
* Proficiency in Primavera P6.
* Good level of English.
