Poste et missions


Main Responsibilities:

* Business & Credit analysis
o Prepare BizCom documentation (financial analysis, business memo etc.)
o Perform fundamental credit analysis to propose a credit rating and support the exposure request
o Communicate with credit risk department to better anticipate risk issues
o Work on internal process including KYC



* Support Business Lines and Corporate Coverage in Tokyo Branch
o Prepare marketing material, commercial action plan, client budget, client briefing memo, meeting minutes, pitch book etc.
o Manage follow up action plan with clients and product teams
o Download daily trade/accounting data and process vendor invoice payment



Profil et compétences requises


We are seeking a candidate for a junior position in Corporate Finance, requiring 1 to 3 years of experience in banking product and credit analysis. A minimum of a bachelor's degree in finance, business, or economics is essential. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and synthetical capabilities, proven organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively as a team player. It is important for the candidate to handle time pressure and meet deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are required, while proficiency in Japanese and French is desirable but not mandatory. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is necessary, and CFA or CPA certification is preferred but not essential.
