In this role, you will inspire, shape and influence the mid long-term strategy of water brands, while guiding marketing teams in developing both brand building and brand activations initiatives.
Support the Senior Manager leading insights for the Global Protein segment by bringing consumer centricity at the heart of how the business is driven, thanks to relevant and actionable insights, strategic thinking, and strong business partnering skills.
Drive the elevation of our global portfolio in the Protein space by exploring the benefits of protein-rich yogurts and chilled desserts. Identify our competitive strengths and the best market segments to target, including brands, product types, and price tiers. Explore future opportunities in food and beverage demand spaces. Collaborate with the Analytics & Performance team to analyze market and competitor data, including adjacent categories like protein powders and shakes.
Main responsibilities & KPIs:

Help land the Protein Benefit-Framework:
- partner with topline teams (marketing, category management, sales, R&I, …) across the business to build category, portfolio, and brand strategies to identify future category landscape and quantified future sources of growth rooted in strong consumer and customer insight.
- provide overall guidance for local CBUs : participates in managing and engaging the SIA community on the topic, supporting local teams and fostering best practices
Conduct comprehensive category and brand audits to understand consumer needs and preference
Monitor market trends to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Evaluate new products, communication and ideas to optimize the portfolio.
Lead research and analytics to support category and brand strategies, identifying future growth opportunity.
Present findings to key stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable business recommendations.
