TRADE MARKETING EXECUTIVE
The Trade Marketing Executive will BE responsible for representing Valrhona & the New Brands portfolio through organization events, and development of projects. He / She will assist the Country Manager in seeding the Varhona Selection Brands portfolio, in the aspects of identifying new opportunities, ensuring brand visibility and activation during main events and in targeted influential outlets through building strong relationship with chefs, outlet owners, advocates/influencers.
Pastry Activities Coordination : 15/20 per year
a. Pastry Planning co-creation with Country Manager : updates and coordination
b. Draft of STD/ Invitations and liaising with distributor
c. Branding development for Singapore market : props and marketing materials during events
d. Event preparation and presentations displays
e. IG Content creation
Seasonal Projects Development (Kingcake, Valentine's Day, CNY, Easter, Christmas)
a. Co-creation of Pastry projects with Chefs & Country Manager
b. Communication Plan
c. Packaging / Box conception with agency if needed
d. Promotion and Brand collaboration for afternoon teas or other brands
Cercle V (Loyalty Program)
a. Proposal & organization of events for our Cercle V customers, in close partnership with regional marketing
b. Communication and liaison with customers for renewals, onboarding and gifting package of our members, while ensuring the follow-up with distributor
Annual Events coordination
a. Annual Event : organization of the event in collaboration with regional marketing, Chefs & BD HK
b. Asia 50 Best/F1/Trade shows (FHA) : co-organization and collaboration with regional marketing team
c. Propose, organize and coordinate with agencies or local partners the props and any materials needed for the annual events, clients giftings, etc.
Market Analysis
a. Feedbacks market to Country Manager : competition pricing, trends, market needs or any relevant info to BE
shared for the Yearly Market Review & Business Reviews
b. Presence to Monthly Meetings with distributors when needed
c. Inputs for Annual Marketing Plan for SG
Reporting
a. Mapping updates for all product launches to BE updated on regular basis
b. Tracking of KPIS & Reporting of marketing activations
c. Monthly analysis and evaluation of the development of the New Brands
d. Monitor competitor activity and provide timely reporting
e. BE the eye and ear of the market !
Communication / IG
a. IG tour, 1 theme per quarter to add content to our IG page
b. Chef Demo videos : Short videos and photos during Events
c. Homebaking/Retail actions in collaboration with our Digital Manager APAC
d. Médias/KOL identification and point of contact
