Customer Account Advisor Job description: CA Britline is the English speaking branch of Crédit Agricole Normandie. We offer a full French Banking Service by telephone and internet for clients residing in the UK, Ireland and France. We provide expert financial advice to our customers with information and the best options to assist them in their personal projects in France. We provide bank accounts, insurances, investments, mortgages and currency solutions. Your role: Working in a busy modern office with a friendly and professional team. You will: Provide an efficient service ensuring that our customers always have their banking issues resolved professionally and promptly and have an overall positive banking experience. Be passionate about customer service, listen to customers' needs and goals and offer guidance to steer them towards appropriate solutions. Demonstrate strong organizational skills to ensure that customer expectations are met. Progressively advise clients on all aspects of their banking and insurance needs.
