Key Responsibilities


* Define and manage the product roadmap based on market trends, customer needs, and business strategy
* Translate technical and scientific challenges into clear product requirements and value propositions
* Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, engineering, marketing, and operations
* Represent the voice of the customer through direct engagement and feedback collection
* Oversee the full product lifecycle from concept to phase-out
* Track product performance and drive continuous improvement using key success metrics
* Ensure compliance with relevant standards, especially in regulated sectors


Candidate Profile


* Master’s or PhD in Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, Engineering, or a related field
* Familiarity with product management concepts and best practices
* Minimum 5 years of experience in product management or technical development in high-tech or scientific environments
* Familiarity with X-ray diffraction, X-ray scattering, or related analytical techniques
* Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
* Experience with agile development is a plus
* Must be based in or willing to relocate to Grenoble, France
