Être stagiare chez ATR, c’est être intégré au sein d’une équipe comme un membre à part entière avec un véritable périmètre d’intervention et des responsabilités.

Au sein de la direction des Programmes, le département Performance Improvement est en charge de l’amélioration de la performance d'entreprise. Dans ce cadre, vous intégrerez l’équipe de costing qui est responsable de l’évaluation des coûts des projets de développements avion. Vous aurez ainsi l’opportunité d’acquérir les compétences techniques autour des avions ATR tout en développant les compétences financières inhérente au métier du costing. Plus spécifiquement, vous contribuerez à :

* Constituer l’état des lieux des données de coûts existantes
* Consolider et analyser le retour d’expérience des projets majeurs de développement avions
* Spécifier et préparer le développement d’un nouvel outil de gestion des coûts
* Suivre la phase de développement informatique et implémentation du nouvel outil

*Si vous êtes à la fois intéressé par la technique et la finance, cette alternance est faite pour vous:*

* Ecole d’ingénieur avec spécialisation en aéronautique ou informatique
* Connaissance de l’architecture avion et des principaux systèmes, gestion de projets, appétence pour l’analyse de données financières
* Envie d’apprendre, état d’esprit collaboratif et sensible à l’amélioration continue
* Français : courant, Anglais : niveau intermédiaire

Démarrage: Janvier 2026

Durée : 6 mois

Within the Programs Directorate, the Performance Improvement department is responsible for improving company performance. As part of this, you will join the costing team, which is responsible for evaluating the costs of aircraft development projects. You will have the opportunity to acquire technical skills related to ATR aircraft while developing the financial skills inherent to the costing profession. Specifically, you will contribute to:

* Establishing the current state of existing cost data
* Consolidating and analyzing feedback from major aircraft development projects
* Specifying and preparing the development of a new cost management tool
* Monitoring the IT development and implementation phase of the new tool

PROFILE :

* Engineering school with a specialization in aeronautics or IT
* Knowledge of aircraft architecture and main systems, project management, and an interest in financial data analysis
* Willingness to learn, collaborative mindset, and a sensitivity to continuous improvement
* French: fluent, English: intermediate level
