About Us
Our Nord Est delegated management (800 employees - turnover of 430 million euros) includes 6 agencies across Nord-Pas-De-Calais, Picardie-Normandie, Champagne-Aisne, Seine-et-Marne, Lorraine, Alsace, and a large works department. You will join the technical management based in Metz, supporting agencies from study phase to project award for diverse projects: building works, civil engineering, and complex industrial projects. You will report to the Technical Director and work within a team of passionate experts with varied experience, contributing to the growth strategy of the Nord-Est delegation.

Responsibilities and Missions
You will work on projects involving calls for tenders, design & build, MGP, DSP, and CPI during the competition phase, supported by internal specialists. Your tasks include analyzing client expectations, leading feasibility studies, estimating budgets, structuring project groups, identifying risks, contributing to costing, proposing technical solutions, monitoring budgets, preparing and presenting projects, and possibly defending your proposals to clients. Post-winning, you will assist in project development to ensure smooth transition from the competition phase.
Candidate Profile
You're a graduate with a BAC+5 in building or civil engineering, with at least 7 years of experience in design, studies, or project management on tertiary and/or industrial operations. You are passionate, communicative, autonomous, curious, innovative, proactive, and possess strong negotiation skills. You're eager for new challenges.
