* Have 5+ years of experience in technical product or program management in the broadcasting industry
* Possess strong understanding of digital audio/video fundamentals and sports production technologies
* Be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines

🤝 Your Responsibilities

Project Implementation & Delivery

* Lead the implementation of key Host Broadcast workflows for Cloud Production and Asset Management
* Develop and manage complex multi-year, multi-client project schedules
* Implement QA processes and oversee testing phases to ensure all systems meet our high-quality standards

Stakeholder Management

* Serve as the primary point of contact between HBS teams, clients, and external vendors
* Provide regular progress updates and address potential risks before they impact delivery
* Ensure smooth handover to Operational Teams and provide critical support during live events

Technical Leadership

* Mentor junior Technical Program Managers and contribute to a culture of innovation
* Balance traditional Project Management processes with Agile methodologies
* Maintain comprehensive documentation and establish effective communication channels
* Stay current with emerging technologies in cloud production and contribute to Technical Roadmaps
