Mission Description

Within the Recovery Department, you will handle complex tasks demonstrating analytical skills, solution implementation, and reporting. You will also serve as a référent and support for the recovery team.


Responsibilities

1. Manage a portfolio of clients with complex situations requiring advanced legal, software, and financial skills, making necessary decisions and interacting with stakeholders.
2. Coordinate with external recovery service providers, producing documentation, responding to inquiries, and reconciling accounts at month-end.
3. Occasionally liaise with judicial auxiliaries (e.g., collective procedures).
4. Respond to internal client requests.
5. Support and motivate the team by providing technical, software (SAP, Chorus, MyDSO Manager, Seres, Docaposte), and organizational support.
6. Participate in ongoing process and tool optimization to improve efficiency.
7. Report activities and outcomes to management with relevant insights.


Candidate Profile

Requires a Bac +3 diploma and at least 4 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and Chorus is expected. Good negotiation, communication, and pedagogical skills are essential. Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required. The role is full-time, based at Paris-Orly airport, with travel to Paris-Charles de Gaulle and Paris-Le Bourget. Partial telecommuting is possible. Compensation package includes fixed salary, participation, incentives, CET, company savings plan, health insurance, and CSE benefits.
