Aperçu du poste

Vous serez rattaché(e) à la Direction des Ventes France, en étroite collaboration avec nos ingénieurs technico-commerciaux généralistes et nos équipes marketing & commerciales sédentaires.
Vous aurez la responsabilité complète du suivi des clients et de la coordination avec les services internes.


Responsabilités principales

1. Réceptionner les appels clients et traiter leurs demandes

2. Assurer le suivi des commandes en lien avec les transporteurs, fournisseurs et prestataires

3. Gérer les blocages de commandes et les réclamations selon les procédures définies

4. Mettre à jour les données clients dans notre ERP et CRM (SAP, C4C)

5. Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour garantir la satisfaction client


Profil recherché

6. Formation : Bac +3 minimum ou Master, avec une première expérience dans un rôle similaire

7. Compétences :

Orientation client, autonomie, rigueur et sens de l’organisation

Bonne communication écrite et orale

Niveau d’anglais correct (système en anglais, bonne compréhension écrite)

Maîtrise du Pack Office ; SAP et C4C sont un atout

8. Connaissance des processus de vente (commande, suivi de livraison, gestion des litiges)
