The team designs and manufactures Oscillators, Receivers and Transceivers that enable satellite-ground and inter-satellite communication for some of the globes biggest telecommunications companies.


What You’ll Do:

* Manage a global team of 25+ engineers, project managers, and system leaders
* Oversee $20M+ in annual product revenue
* Lead customer-driven development and go-to-market strategies
* Drive product profitability, roadmap execution, and market positioning
* Own project delivery with budgets from $100K–$1M+
* Bridge R&D, pre-sales, and business development


What You Bring:

* Proven experience managing complex tech product lines (preferably in Aerospace, Defence, or Telecom)
* Strong technical background in RF technologies.
* Strategic mindset with hands-on leadership and customer engagement skil
