Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and driven Business Analyst to join our Manhattan, New York team. In this role, you will work on-site a minimum of three days a week, collaborating with clients to implement a digital success platform solution from specification to effective delivery, driving KPI development, and ensuring the successful delivery of business requirements. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic consulting team and contribute to exciting digital transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead customer conversations and functional workshops to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Implement digital success platform solutions with functional configurations and drive KPI development.
- Manage functional workshops, collaborating closely with clients to identify needs, challenge assumptions, and translate them into actionable solutions and specifications.
- Develop and track KPIs for process changes, particularly for new CRM solutions, onboarding, feature adoption, process compliance and performance.
- Write functional specifications and work closely with Salesforce developers and the data integrator to create formulas and technical queries.
- Operate QA to validate data and ensure the accuracy of KPIs and delivery compliance with specifications.
- Utilize Excel for checking formulas and calculations to ensure accurate integration of KPIs.
- Configure the solution, document processes, and guide clients through the configuration steps.
- Report to the lead delivery person, participate in governance, and track delivery backlog and priorities.
- Prepare and participate in weekly committee meetings, ensuring high engagement and quality delivery.
- Work autonomously and take proactive steps to escalate issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including the Project Director and Customer Success Manager, to ensure successful delivery.
- Contribute to functional workshops to design solutions, including preparing, supporting, and presenting findings.
- Assist in identifying training modules, content, and KPIs for each project.

Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with experience in digital platforms. Experience in CRM implementations is a plus.
- Strong experience with KPI development, including process change and performance tracking.
- Proven experience working with Jira and Confluence.
-Excellent presentation and communication skills.
-Comfortable working with Excel to validate formulas and calculations.
-Ability to write functional specifications and work with developers to implement solutions.
-Exposure to Project Management tasks and planning, with the ability to work autonomously.
-Experience working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with enterprise clients.
-Knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem is a plus.
-Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and with clients to drive results.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary: Competitive salary based on experience.

Vacation: 4 weeks of paid vacation.

Annual Bonus: 10% performance-based bonus.

Health Benefits: $7,200 annually towards health benefits.
