Airbus upnext - digital operations manager

**Job Description:**

As part of the Airbus UpNext subsidiary and reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, you are in charge of all IT aspects of the UpNext ecosystem.


* This position is based in Toulouse (Saint Martin) and comes with a fixed-term contract (CDD - 18 months)


Starting date: ASAP *



* Missions *
* Leading and animating the UpNext IT/IM Security network ensuring proper data management for all UpNext activities
* Developing and maintaining main Airbus Upnext IT tools (inventory management, low-code BPMN solution, specific UpNext IM infrastructure independent or attached to Airbus network) to support UpNext processes in a light and efficient business-oriented way
* Contributing to the compliance of the UpNext ecosystem as a subsidiary of Airbus for all IM/IT aspects. You are the primary interface with Airbus IT/IM services for all specific requests
* Proposing and suggesting IT improvements
* Supporting the UpNext demonstrators on all digital matters
* You are an outside the box thinker, able to design and develop pragmatic tailored solutions enabling the agility, efficiency and compliance required for a startup to operate within a large industrial group, this position is for you


The tasks may evolve during the course of the projects, so being flexible is important

* Boarding Pass: *
* Proven experience as an IT / IM Manager (or Officer) in a startup environment or in an innovative organization
* Good knowledge of AI, Python, PHP, SQL, AppsScript (Google champion is a plus)
* Experience in Airbus Network infrastructure, private Cloud Design and data center are a plus
* Communication and problem-solving skills, ability to understand complex systems and ability to work within a team in a fast paced environment
* Able to take initiatives to propose simpler and efficient ways of working
* Autonomy, Adaptability, Availability, Accountability

* Eager to step out of the comfort zone
