Le Graduate Program Engineering - qu'est-ce que c'est ?

Un programme d'apprentissage individualisé sur 24 mois, organisé autour de 4 missions de 6 mois dans différentes unités industrielles et domaines d'expertise du Groupe :
- Optimisation de procédés
- Chantiers d'amélioration continue
- Conduite de projets
- Sécurité des hommes et sûreté des installations

Vous interviendrez sur différents sites (sucrerie, distillerie, amidonnerie) afin de développer une vision globale de nos métiers, tout en consolidant vos compétences techniques, opérationnelles et managériales.

Vos objectifs au sein du programme :
- Acquérir une connaissance transverse des métiers industriels de Tereos
- Être acteur de projets d'amélioration continue à fort impact
- Développer des compétences techniques et managériales solides
- Construire un réseau interne fort
- Préparer votre prise de poste à responsabilités à l'issue du programme

Profil recherché :
- Jeune diplômé(e) Bac +5 (école d'ingénieur ou université à dominante technique)
- Diplômé(e) depuis moins de 3 ans
- Excellente capacité d'adaptation, leadership et curiosité
- Goût du terrain et orientation résultats
- Bon niveau d'anglais (minimum C1) et français courant
- Mobilité géographique requise (France + Europe)

What is the Graduate Program Engineering ?

A personalized 24-month learning program, structured around four 6-month missions across various industrial sites and areas of expertise within the Group :
- Process optimization
- Continuous improvement initiatives
- Project management
- Health & safety / site security

You'll rotate across multiple industrial locations (sugar factories, distilleries, starch plants) to gain a broad, cross-functional understanding of our operations while strengthening your technical, operational, and managerial skills.

Your objectives during the program :
- Acquire a cross-functional view of Tereos' industrial operations
- Contribute to high-impact continuous improvement projects
- Develop strong technical and managerial capabilities
- Build a solid internal network
- Prepare for a position of responsibility at the end of the program

Your profile :
- Recently graduated with a Master's degree (engineering school or technical university degree - Bac +5)
- Less than 3 years of post-graduation experience
- Strong adaptability, leadership potential, and curiosity
- Hands-on mindset and results-driven
- Fluent in French and English (minimum C1 level)
- Willing to relocate across France and Europe
