Our client, a fast-growing consulting firm specializing in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions, is looking for an EPM Consultant – Board Specialist to join their team in Paris.

The Role

As an EPM Consultant in Paris, you will:

* Work with clients to analyze their existing processes, provide guidance on improvements, and identify tailored solutions.
* Configure and implement the Board software to address specific business challenges.
* Support clients through the entire project lifecycle, including process analysis, solution design, testing, training, and post-go-live optimization.
* Collaborate with project managers, solution architects, and consultants to ensure client satisfaction.
* Conduct regular meetings with clients, both virtually and on-site, balancing in-office work (three days per week in Paris) with remote work (two days per week).


What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will bring:


Experience:

* A minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience with the Board platform is essential.
* Previous consulting experience or work in EPM-related roles is highly preferred.
* Familiarity with financial and operational processes, such as budgeting, forecasting, or supply chain management, is a strong plus.


Skills:

* Strong understanding of financial and operational processes such as budgeting, forecasting, and supply chain management.
* Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to tailor solutions to client needs.
* Effective communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.


Languages:

* Fluency in both French and English is required.


Additional Requirements:

* A driving license.
* Residency in Paris or willingness to relocate.
* Availability to start as soon as possible.
