Sartorius Bio Elpida est une société de services en biotechnologie (CDMO), spécialisée dans la culture cellulaire et les thérapies cellulaires innovantes. Dans le cadre d’un CDI, nous recrutons un(e) Ingénieur(e) AQ Opérationnelle (F/M) pour notre site à Saint-Priest (69) afin d'intervenir au plus proche des activités de production et de contrôle qualité, dans un environnement GMP exigeant. Dans un contexte de procédés majoritairement manuels, vous adaptez les exigences qualité à la réalité opérationnelle, avec pragmatisme et agilité. Vous êtes au cœur des activités qualité quotidiennes : gestion des événements qualité (déviations, CAPA, change control, OOS), approbation des activités et de la documentation des services opérationnels (production, contrôle qualité, supply, validation, métrologie, maintenance), participation aux audits internes et aux tours qualité, ainsi que suivi des lots et revue qualité produit. En parallèle, vous intervenez en support des projets clients, en déployant les exigences qualité, en contribuant aux audits clients et en assurant l’interface qualité avec les interlocuteurs externes, dans un contexte de fortes exigences en termes de délais et de performance. Vous jouez également un rôle clé d’accompagnement des équipes, en apportant pédagogie et support dans l’appropriation des exigences qualité, dans un environnement à taille humaine avec de forts enjeux de délais et de performance. Vous contribuez ainsi activement à la mise en place de pratiques qualité robustes et adaptées au terrain.
