Technicien support informatique h/f

JOB DESCRIPTION Anthogyr est une entreprise qui conçoit, fabrique, et distribue une gamme complète d’implants et d’instruments dentaires. Anthogyr recrute un technicien support informatique. Sous la responsabilité du Responsable Support et Infrastructure au sein d’une équipe de 8 personnes, vous intégrerez l’équipe Servicedesk. Vos principales missions : • Gestion des tickets • Diagnostic • Dépannage et Assistance utilisateurs autour des problématiques matériel et bureautique • Déploiement de nouveaux matériels informatiques (PC, imprimantes, smartphones, iPad …) • Gestion du parc informatique : maitrise de l’inventaire • Formation des utilisateurs • Participer à des projets d’amélioration de dimension européenne Compétences : • Architecture matérielle d'un poste de travail et des outils bureautiques sous environnement Windows • Environnement Apple (mobile) • Règles de sécurité Informatique et Télécoms • Protection des données numériques Profil : • EXPERIENCE : o Minimum 2 années d’expérience à un poste similaire. • FORMATION : o Bac 2 en informatique • APTITUDES PROFESSIONNELLES : o Réactivité et disponibilité pour assurer un bon service aux utilisateurs o Écoute et dialogue pour comprendre les besoins et les problèmes rencontrés par les utilisateurs. o Sens du service aux clients/utilisateurs. o Ouverture d’esprit technique et résistance à la pression o Esprit d’équipe o Anglais : B2 Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer (US applicants only) Straumann Group is an equal opportunity employer and will not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment on the basis of race, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, creed, national origin, age, veteran status, or disability unrelated to job requirements.
