MISSIONS

UNDER THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUSINESS MANAGER:

1. Preparing the building site
2. Become familiar with the building site (kick-off meeting, contractual documents, technical execution file, site visit, QHSE guidelines, etc.).
3. Schedule and coordinate the works to be carried out.
4. Propose operating procedure options, alternatives, and optimizations.
5. Identify the necessary human and material resources.
6. Act as a source of proposals for defining preventive measures to be implemented throughout the building site project.
7. Prepare the remote site (sanitary facilities, etc.).
8. Complete the supplies.

Managing the building site

1. Pass on the guidelines to the personnel involved (organization, implementation deadlines, use of equipment).
2. Organize the procurement of equipment, supplies, materials, the locations of machinery, and the storage areas.
3. Schedule the activity and resources, and assign the tasks to personnel.
4. Ensure compliance with, and transmission of, QHSE procedures, rules, and preventive measures.
5. Analyze accidents/incidents and risks, and define appropriate preventive measures.
6. Draw up and implement the QHSE action plan (preventive, corrective).
7. Ensure the provision of PPE on the building site.
8. Ensure the follow-up of the schedule (lead times, worktime budget).
9. Verify the compliance of the construction execution (by internal employees, sub-contractors, service providers, etc.) in line with the construction documents.
10. Establish and/or validate the administrative files (time entries, transfer slip, work permit, other permits, etc.) and the job reports, appraisals, etc.
11. Pass on information useful for your superiors and your team.
12. Provide technical support to operative personnel.
13. Perform the actions required to resolve deviations (including the obtaining of the works completion certificate).
14. Take part in the reception of the installation with the client (OPR - operations prior to reception).
15. Take part in the experience feedback sessions.
16. Communicate with local residents and/or other companies on the building site.

Managing the teams

1. Welcome newcomers (employees, temporary workers).
2. Manage a team (lead, delegate, refocus, congratulate, motivate).
3. Ensure the skills transfer within the team.
4. Conduct or help to conduct the individual and/or professional appraisal interviews.


JOB REQUIREMENTS

REQUIRED LEVEL OF EDUCATION: BAC+2 (BTS or DUT in electricity) with a minimum of 4 years of experience, with very good technical mastery in CFO CFA. You can justify significant and successful experience in a similar position.
