Responsable corporate technique biotechnologie&médecine interne animaux de compagnie h/f

Au niveau Corporate, dans le cadre de la Franchise Animaux de Compagnie, le Responsable Technique de la gamme Biotechnologie & médecine interne (MI) définit et propose la stratégie technique pour soutenir les équipes techniques locales, avec les missions suivantes :
-Construire et animer un réseau de Key Opinion Leaders en créant des relations fortes et à long terme grâce à la mise en oeuvre d'études de Phase IV/post-commercialisation, événements et témoignages. Construire un réseau d'influence international.
-Proposer et développer de manière proactive des études de Phase IV/post-commercialisation pour construire et accroître la crédibilité des produits biotech ou de MI
-Support technique :
>Pour chaque produit stratégique, établir et développer ses messages techniques clés ainsi que son positionnement technique
>Assurer et créer un haut niveau de confiance interne et externe dans les produits Ceva
>Fournir un support technique aux équipes marketing et techniques des filiales Ceva
>Assurer l'alignement des messages techniques avec la stratégie de Ceva
>Définir et piloter les plans de publication au niveau mondial liés aux produits stratégiques ; participer à la rédaction de publications scientifiques sur les produits Ceva ou gammes biotech et MI
>Proposer et développer des événements techniques/scientifiques pour accroître la crédibilité des marques Ceva
-Assurer la vue d'ensemble scientifique et technique des développements liés aux produits Ceva, et :
>Fournir des analyses techniques et détaillées des publications
>Recueillir des idées et des tendances grâce au réseau de KOL mis en place Corporate technical Biotechnology & Internal medecine manager Companion animal - F/M

Your
missions :

At the Corporate level, as part of the Companion
Animal Franchise, the Global Technical Manager for the Biotechnology & IM
range defines and suggests the technical strategy to support technical local
teams, with the following missions:
-Build and manage a network of Key Opinion Leaders by creating strong and
long-term relationships through implementation of Phase IV/post-marketing
studies, events and testimonials. Build an international network of influence.
-Proactively suggest and develop Phase IV/post-marketing studies to build and
increase credibility of Ceva Biotechnology & IM products
-Technical support:
>For each strategic product,
establish and develop its key technical messages together with its technical
positioning
>Ensure and create a high level of
internal and external confidence in Ceva products
>Provide technical support to the
marketing and technical teams in Ceva subsidiaries
>Ensure alignment of technical
messages with Ceva strategy
>Define and lead publication plans at
the global level related to strategic products; take part in writing scientific
publications on Ceva biotechnology & IM products or range
>Suggest and develop
technical/scientific events to increase credibility of Ceva brands
-Ensure the scientific and technical overview of developments related to Ceva
products and:
>Provide technical and detailed
analyses of publications
>Gather ideas and trends thanks to
the KOL network established

Your
profile :

Scientific training profile (Veterinarian, Biologist,
Pharmacist) with a good knowledge of the veterinary, biotech & internal
medicine market; a 5-year experience in a pharmaceutical company would be
desirable.

Technical skills:
-Knowledge of the veterinary companion animal market
-Strong skills in simplifying technical messages, to address the different Ceva
target audiences (technical veterinarians and marketing managers in Ceva
subsidiaries, pet owners, veterinarians, and animal health professionals)
-Previous experience in writing documents for the general public
-Confident in presenting to internal or external audience
-Good knowledge of pharmaceutical regulation and clinical studies
-Good knowledge of IT tools (Microsoft Office suite)
-Good knowledge of digital environment (website, social networks)
-Fluent in English; previous experience working with international teams is
desirable
