Technicien informatique de proximité H/F
Job Description Le technicien informatique expert fournira aux utilisateurs une assistance spécifique dans les meilleurs délais (en conformité avec les SLA du client) et en gérant ses priorités de manière autonome. Cela inclut l'installation, le diagnostic, la réparation, la maintenance et la mise à niveau de tout système informatique et accessoires. L'équipe se compose de techniciens de support de proximité, localisés sur le site du client, pour résoudre les problèmes informatiques ne pouvant pas être résolus à distance.Les taches et responsabilités principales:
1. Résolution tickets dans les SLA définis;
2. Dépannage matériel et logiciel niveau 2;
3. Installation et mise à niveau du matériel et des logiciels pris en charge (PC, tablettes, scanneurs, imprimantes, etc);
4. Gestion du parc informatique, brassage réseau, installation de switch ou autres équipements réseau;
5. Détection et résolution des incidents informatiques;
6. Support technique et prise en charge de l'équipement existant sur site, y compris les serveurs, les postes de travail, les imprimantes, les équipements de sécurité, réseau et équipements divers.
