Responsabilities & Missions
- Deploy Group Category Management strategy on his/her product category, answering to Group Offer and Supply Chain strategy (OSMOS)
- Build a qualitative 'one stop shop' European range of products answering to our customer needs in Europe, well balanced between Group and Local Market products
- Boost the Group business performances on his/her product category (STO, margin, customer satisfaction) for Enterprise Division
- Steer Group product offer PLC management, maintenance and constant optimization
Group Category Management’ strategies definition and deployment
- Master category management methodology
- Present and deploy, with his/her relevant stakeholders, category management studies and action plans bringing concrete results
- Is a referent of his/her market
- Identify business opportunities
Product ranges’ building answering to our European customer needs
- Define and deploy his/her product referencing roadmap through all referencing modes (GSR, Unit, PDX…)
- Deploy concrete action plans to optimize his/her product offer ranges : best/better/good building, strategic and long tail products, pricing positioning…
- Select and publish Private Label, Sourcing and CSR products at the right positioning and at the right level of quality (content/price/delivery time)
Relevant business and digital data analyses and recommendations
- Explain thanks to data the roots causes of the success stories / under performances
- Prove by concrete business results the efficiency of his/her analyses and action plans
- Make some digital analyses, some cross product/customers analyses, and some TCO analyses
Collaboration with our main stakeholders (market category management teams, purchase, supply chain, emerch, trade marketing, sales…)
- Coordinate business actions with our different stakeholders regarding his/her product categories performances development
- Enhance his/her network with another stakeholders such as customer marketing, sales, ecommerce, finance…
- Solve the possible issues and/or propose alternative solutions
Management / Processes improvement
- Propose and deploy in autonomy concrete solutions to improve processes
- Lead some projects of improvement for category management dpt
Preferred experience
