Role Overview Lead and manage the Data Stream within TCS France Delivery, overseeing end-to-end delivery across data engineering, analytics, and cloud data platforms. Drive strategic data initiatives while ensuring high-quality delivery, customer satisfaction, and business growth. Key Responsibilities Lead a team of 150–200 associates across multiple data domains. Manage delivery across Data Engineering, Data Science, Data Architecture, Data Migration, and Data Development functions. Candidate should be proficient in AI skills Drive execution across all major cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP). Act as the primary interface for customer engagement and senior stakeholder management. Lead RFx responses, solutioning, and oral defense presentations. Build and maintain strong CXO-level relationships with customers and partner ecosystem. Ensure delivery excellence, governance, and adherence to quality and compliance standards. Drive talent management including hiring, mentoring, and capability development. Technical Competencies Strong expertise in data engineering, data platforms, and cloud ecosystems. Hands-on understanding of modern data architectures (Data Lake, Databricks, Data Warehouse & so on). Experience with data migration and transformation programs. Familiarity with AI/ML and advanced analytics use cases. Functional & Leadership Skills Strong techno-functional background with ability to connect business objectives with technology solutions. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Proven leadership in managing large-scale teams Ability to drive strategic discussions with senior executives. Strong interpersonal and team management capabilities. Experience & Qualifications 20 years of experience in IT services with strong focus on data domain. Experience in managing large delivery engagements and global teams. Proven track record in client-facing roles within consulting or IT services. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Location Paris, France (with travel across Europe, and India as required).
