Here you will find more information about us: https://vimeo.com/418046136 Responsibilities: The successful candidate will work in the GTD Cadarache team collaborating with the F4E-IO team in the context of Framework Service Contracts. He/she will be responsible for providing I&C technical support in the ITER plant. To note that the working environment and the tasks to be performed offers the opportunity to contribute to the development of a large international project, and to learn from the different plant systems/technologies to be implemented at the ITER plant. The role includes commissioning activities at ITER, supporting the Cryogenics plant and also other projects related to electrical distribution, industrial plant conventional systems and nuclear systems. The successful candidate will be integrated in a growing team of local engineers. As part of the I&C site team, the successful candidate will be involved in: I&C site commissioning activities: solving third party field devices issues, signal loops, actuators, instrumentation, industrial communications debugging, wiring issues (whole signal loop), software (PLC and SCADA), hardware and perform functional tests (sequences, interlocks, specific logics); I&C Engineering: hook-ups, wiring/cabling diagrams, P&IDs, instrument datasheets, SAT/FAT precures/reports, operation manuals, functional design specifications, IO lists, exchange tables, I&C architectures; Industrial communication protocols debugging (Modbus TCP/IP, Modbus RTU, OPC UA, IEC61850, Profinet, Profibus); Review equipment manuals, identify issues and propose technical solutions; Software development for Siemens PLCs and SCADA; Review and update I&C documentation from the customer; Proactively participate in technical meetings; Dialogue locally with the customer and suppliers; Follow up of engineering, construction and commissioning phases; Perform site surveys; Create detailed work planning; Report progress. Requisitos: Required experience: Experience in I&C commissioning of continuous process control systems (cryogenics is a plus); Experience with Siemens PLCs. Experience with SCADA. Experience in I&C engineering of industrial plant systems and/or complex distributed architectures systems; Advantageous skills and experience: Experience programming Siemens PLC (S7-300, S7-400, S7-1500, S7-1200) using Step7 and/or TIA Portal; Programming languages: CFC & SCL; Industrial communication protocols: Profinet, Profibus, Modbus, OPC; Experience with HMI (WinCC OA or others); Managing planning, coordinating, supervising and reporting; Ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary environment. Experience in control systems for nuclear plants; Experience in using Nuclear Safety norm and standards; Experience in working in High Voltage Electrical Power Distribution; Specific experience in using the norm IEC61850; Experience working with libraries and object-orientated development; Experience in Process Safety; EPICs knowledge;CODAC knowledge (ITER HMI).
