Un de nos prestigieux groupes hôteliers partenaires recrute un/e Director of Strategy, Growth & Development basé à Marrakech dans le cadre de l'ouverture d'un nouvel hôtel 5 étoiles au concept innovant et ambitieux et d'autres ouvertures au Maroc.
Véritable brand ambassador, le/la Director of Strategy, Growth & Development pilote la stratégie globale de développement, de positionnement et de rayonnement de la marque. Il/elle intervient dès la phase de lancement afin de structurer l'identité de marque, le storytelling et la stratégie de croissance du groupe.
Missions principales
- Concevoir et développer l'identité de marque, le storytelling et l'ADN du groupe hôtelier
- Piloter la stratégie de lancement des nouveaux établissements et accompagner les ouvertures futures.
- Développer la notoriété et le positionnement lifestyle de la marque sur les marchés nationaux et internationaux
- Mettre en place la stratégie de communication, marketing digital, relations presse et partenariats
- Structurer et accompagner les équipes commerciales sur chaque site
- Développer un réseau solide de partenaires, influenceurs et acteurs clés du secteur
- Identifier les opportunités de croissance et de développement du groupe
- Assurer un rôle de représentation et d'ambassadeur de marque auprès des clients, partenaires et médias
Profil recherché
- Expérience confirmée en direction Sales & Marketing ou stratégie de marque dans l'hôtellerie haut de gamme
- Expérience significative dans des projets d'ouverture ou de lancement de concept hôtelier
- Forte sensibilité branding, storytelling et création d'univers de marque
- Excellent réseau professionnel, forte capacité de networking et relations publiques
- Expérience internationale fortement appréciée
- Profil entrepreneurial
- Capacité à s'inscrire dans un projet de développement à long terme et à structurer la stratégie d'un groupe en pleine expansion

As a true brand ambassador, the Director of Strategy, Growth & Development will drive the overall strategy for the brand's development, positioning, and influence. They will be involved from the launch phase to structure the group's brand identity, storytelling, and growth strategy.
Main Responsibilities
- Design and develop the hotel group's brand identity, storytelling, and DNA
- Lead the launch strategy for new establishments and support future openings
- Develop the brand's reputation and lifestyle positioning in national and international markets
- Implement the communication, digital marketing, press relations, and partnerships strategy
- Structure and support the sales teams at each site
- Develop a strong network of partners, influencers, and key industry players
- Identify growth and development opportunities for the group
- Act as a representative and brand ambassador towards clients, partners, and the media
Desired Profile
- Proven experience as a Sales & Marketing Director or in brand strategy within the luxury hotel industry
- Significant experience in hotel opening or concept launch projects
- Strong sensitivity to branding, storytelling, and creating brand universes
- Excellent professional network, strong networking and public relations skills
- International experience highly valued
- Entrepreneurial profile
- Ability to engage in a long-term development project and structure the strategy of a rapidly expanding group
