Are you a seasoned Business Analyst looking to dive deep into data?

We are looking for a Business Analyst Data for one of its client based in Luxembourg.

* Freelance contract or permanent contract via a payrolling company
* 1 year contract mission (renewable for long term)
* Job based in Kirchberg
* 2 remote days per week
* Starting Date : December 2025 or January 2026
* Daily rate between 500€ and 600€ (freelance) according to your skills and experience
* Annual gross salary around 100 000€ (employee) according to your skills and experience

Task :

* Cross-functional collaboration: You work closely with various stakeholders to gather and clarify data requirements, business definitions, and data structures, giving you a strategic view of how data drives decisions across the organization.
* Impactful documentation: You create and maintain data dictionaries for key applications, following established banking standards. Your work serve as a reference point for teams across the business.
* Architect-level visibility: You document conceptual, logical, and physical data models, and map authoritative data sources and flows, ensuring clarity and consistency in how data is understood and used.
* Governance at scale: You contribute to metadata validation and integration into Collibra, working directly with the central data management team. Your input help shape the bank's data governance framework.
* Tool-driven expertise: You use industry-standard platforms like Collibra and Hackolade to manage metadata and model data domains, giving you hands-on experience with tools that are shaping the future of data governance.

Profile :

* Proven working experience as a business analyst on data topics
* Hands on experience on metadata management
* Knowledge on data governance tools such as Collibra
* Knowledge on data modelling tools such as Hackolade
* Resilience and determination
* Good organizational skills
* Very good English (written and spoken) is a must, German/French is an asset
