ASSISTANT.E DE PRODUCTION
Sous la responsabilité de la productrice image vous participez aux missions suivantes :

PRODUITS
- Centralisation et suivi des demandes de produits pour les castings et shootings

COMPTABILITÉ
- Mise à jour du suivi des factures
- Centralisation des factures et partage du process aux prestataires - Suivi paiement factures avec le département comptabilité
- Création fiches fournisseurs

SHOOTING
- Préparation des shootings (booking studio, mannequins, glam team et matériel)
- Centraliser les différentes demandes des équipes de shootings
- Rédaction de la feuille de service et liste techniciens
- Organisation du rapatriement des produits et éléments nécessaires au shooting (stock set design maison, matériel photo du studio, ..)
- Présence sur les shootings (préparation des produits, mise en place du catering)
- Aide à la gestion du studio photo (rangement et suivi du stock set design et styling)
- Suivi du booking studio demandé par les divers départements de la Maison LEGAL
- envoi des contrats aux différents agents mannequins et photographe
