Your future environment The Marine & Overseas Division carries out large-scale infrastructure projects internationally, including in the fields of energy, water treatment and complex structures. The STEGRA project in Boden, Sweden, involves the construction of a green steelworks and an electrolysis plant powered by renewable electricity and water from the Lule River. The facility will produce 5 million tonnes of green steel per year by 2030. Eiffage is responsible for: Water Treatment Plant (WT2) Hydrogen Manufacturing Plant (HMP) Your main responsibilities Manage and coordinate the execution of on-site work in accordance with deadlines, costs, quality and safety requirements. Supervise and lead the construction teams and subcontractors. Plan the different phases of the project and anticipate resource requirements. Ensure that construction methods and procedures are properly applied. Monitor the budget and report regularly to project management. Act as the main point of contact for the client and stakeholders on site. Required profile Higher education in civil engineering, construction or equivalent. Proven experience (8 to 15 years) in managing large-scale industrial projects, ideally internationally. Proficiency in construction standards and site practices. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Swedish would be an advantage. Conditions The position is based on site in Boden, in northern Sweden, with a contractual package associated with this location.
