Merchandising assistant - internship

En 2017, Haddad Brands Europe, est née quant à elle de la rencontre des dirigeants de Haddad Brands US et de quatre entrepreneurs français, spécialistes de vêtements sous licences, connaissant parfaitement le marché européen 👬.

Haddad Brands Europe, founded in 2017, specializes in the distribution of children's apparel under exclusive licenses (Nike, Levi’s, Converse, Jordan, Lacost, Polo Ralph Lauren…) across Europe.

Operational for 8 years, the company has experienced rapid growth and now has over 500 employees across Europe.

We distribute our products through both wholesale—working with major specialty and multi-brand retailers—and retail, via our concessions in department stores.

In practical terms, this means that if you’re buying children’s apparel (ages 0–7 for Nike, 0–16 for Levi’s, Converse, and Jordan), whether in a physical store or online, in the Netherlands, the UK, Italy, or anywhere else in Europe, the product you’re holding has definitely passed through us — even if you bought it in an official Nike or Levi’s store!

To support our growth, we are offering a permanent position as a Merchandising Assistant - internship.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support the Premium Merch Director and Manager with analytical studies to help the range development, working on data accuracies between seasons, and developing sell-in tools for sales.

* Be in charge of specific market analysis, competition monitoring, and sell-in / sell-out studies in order to support merchants in making decisions for future development.
* Support merchants on data accuracies when developing the range, ensuring a consistent approach between seasons as well as accuracy in product coding, pricing across different currencies, and product segmentation.
* Help develop sell-in tools for sales or account presentations (assist in preparing assortments, sell-in guides, sales pitches, GTM meeting materials…) and act as a point person for sample needs.

PROFILE:

* Currently pursuing a Master’s degree (Bac+4/5 or equivalent) in business, fashion, marketing, or a related field.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately with data.
* Organized, methodical, and able to work autonomously.
* Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
* A good level of English is required to operate in an international environment.
* A first experience in merchandising, retail, product marketing, or data analysis is a plus.

CONDITIONS:

* Start date: January 2025
* Location: Saint-Denis, near Stade de France (5 minutes from RER B)
* Type: 6-month internship
* Compensation: According to current regulations
