Au sein de votre poste, vous serez pleinement intégré(e) à la vie d’une Direction Financière d’un grand groupe, formé(e) par des professionnels experts dans leur domaine et participerez à des missions riches et responsabilisantes dans un environnement international.

La description des missions

Intégré(e) à l’équipe de fusions et acquisitions, le/la stagiaire aura les principales missions suivantes :

1. Participation directe aux opérations financières (acquisitions, cessions, opérations transversales) du Groupe dans un contexte international ;
2. Travaux de valorisation et de modélisation financière ;
3. Préparation d'analyses financières et stratégiques pour les différents comités ou instances de décision du Groupe ;
4. Support à la négociation et à la structuration de projets d’investissements industriels dans les zones de développement ;
5. Suivi du marché et des acteurs actifs dans les domaines de l'eau, de l’assainissement et des déchets ;
6. Apporter son soutien dans la structuration de l’équipe M&A.


VOTRE PROFIL

De formation supérieure en école de commerce,ingénieur ou universitaire (en recherche de césure, stage de fin d’études aprèsune première expérience).
Vous possédez une maîtrise des méthodes demodélisation financière et d’évaluation des sociétés (une première expérienceen banque d’investissement ou en fonds est préférable).
Vous êtes autonome, rigoureux, curieux, force detravail, et possédez une capacité à travailler en équipe.

Français et anglais courants indispensable.

Descriptionof missions
Integratedinto the mergers and acquisitions team, the intern will have the following mainmissions:

- Direct participation in the Group's financial operations (acquisitions, disposals, transversal operations) in an international context;
- Valuation and financial modeling work;
- Preparation of financial and strategic analyzes for the Group's various committees or decision-making bodies;
- Support for the negotiation and structuring of industrial investment projects in development zones;
- Monitoring the market and active players in the fields of water, sanitation and waste;
- Provide support in structuring the M&A team.

YOUR PROFILE SOUGHT
Higher education: business school, engineering or university (gap, end-of-studies internship after a first experience)
Mastery of financial modeling and company valuation methods (previous experience in investment banking or funds is preferred)
Autonomy, rigor, curiosity, hard work, ability to work in a team
Fluent French and English essential.
