Alternance - développement rh

Au sein du département Ressources Humaines Corporate de la Maison Christian Louboutin et rattaché(e) à la Responsable Développement RH, nous recherchons un(e) alternant(e) dont les missions seront :

Recrutement des profils stagiaires et alternants du siège
Validation des besoins avec les managers
Diffusion des annonces sur les jobboards dédiés
Tri des CVs, entretiens et sélection des candidats
Suivi de cette population via des animations et initiatives dédiées
Animation des sessions On-Boarding
Loubilife
Organisation d’évènements
Entretiens de suivi
RELATIONS ECOLES
Support au développement des relations écoles par la participation aux forums et organisation de business cases.

Support à la déclinaison du plan de formation
Organisation logistique des sessions de formations
Suivi budgétaire et administratif (demande de prise en charge OPCO)
Profil
Préparation Master 2 spécialisation RH formation universitaire ou école de commerce
Première expérience en recrutement et/ou formation
Anglais courant obligatoire
Proactivité et esprit d’équipe
Aisance rédactionnelle et qualités de communication
Enthousiasme, dynamisme et curiosité
