Within the Private Equity & Real Estate Solutions (PERES) department, you will join the Relationship Management team responsible for managing our alternative clients.
This department within CACEIS Bank, Luxembourg Branch aims to serve its clients in the roles of depositary bank and central administration.
PERES department clients are management companies of alternative investment funds. Their objective is to acquire non-financial (alternative) assets such as equity stakes in unlisted companies (private equity), real estate, infrastructure, or debt.
Your role will include the following activities :
1. Supporting the PERES commercial team during client meetings
Preparing presentation materials
Attending meetings and drafting minutes
Updating CRM systems
2. Monitoring and managing cross-functional projects
Ensuring the relationship and administrative follow-up of the client portfolio assigned to you : you will represent the Bank to our clients and act as the liaison between the client and the Bank's operational teams
3. Collecting information from PERES clients necessary for the smooth operational functioning of the funds
4. Creating client dashboards to anticipate internal and external reporting needs
5. Managing client files :
Supervising, and if necessary, participating in the collection of KYC documents from our clients
Ensuring the completeness of client files and organizing document management
You may also BE required to take on other activities to assist the (Senior) Client Relationship Manager(s) in their daily tasks.
