Purpose

The main’s objectives of NPI Project Manager is to:

1. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
2. Organize, plan & execute NPI projects in accordance with Business Unit requirements, from its inception to execution;
3. Coordinate people & processes to deliver projects on time, within budget & with the desired outcomes aligned to objectives;
4. Act as point of liaison between the Core team, the business unit (program) & the senior management;
5. Identify and mitigate risks which may impact successful delivery of projects.

Project Tracking & reporting

22. Project tracking (through KPI’s such as On Time Delivery, costs Actual vs Budget, SCurve, etc)
23. Provides vision and direction to all stakeholders including technical teams and internal/external customers & partners, proposes proactively ways of optimizing deliveries,
24. Ensures proper communication and reporting to all stakeholders,

Project documentation

25. Analyzes and documents project requirements by liaising with stakeholders
26. Organizes project data’s in share folders (minutes, charter, schedule, rolling action plan, risk analysis, …)
27. Defines and updates the project backlog, to ensure requirement coverage and traceability
