Responsable marketing et commercial h/f

Dans le cadre d'un remplacement suite à une promotion, nous recherchons un Responsable Marketing et commercial H/F. Intégré(e) à la Direction générale du Brand Home, vous serez rattaché(e) au Responsable des centre de visites France et serez en charge du développement du chiffre d’affaires via des actions directes et des partenariats régionaux, nationaux et internationaux pour les marchés FIT & MICE MISSIONS COMMERCIALES: Elaboration et exécution du plan marketing et commercial sur la cible loisir / mice Gestion des relations externes et représentation auprès des partenaires et institutions Gestion du plan promotionnel Gestion de la distribution /relation B2B (hotel, caviste, agence, restaurants, bars) Suivi des performances NSV MISSIONS EVENEMENTIELLES / F&B: Traitement des demandes et élaboration devis Définition et exécution des événements avec coordination avec les prestataires et accompagnement des clients Suivi adminsitratiif et logistique de chaque événement Représentation salon et actions de promotion Gestion du bar à cocktails saisonnier avec définition de l’offre et contrôle de l’expérience De formation supérieure type Ecole de Commerce ou Université (Bac4/5), vous avez acquis une certaine expérience sur un poste similaire dans un site touristique à forte attractivité. Vous êtes motivé(e), enthousiaste. Organisé(e) et rigoureux (se), vous disposez d'un bon esprit d'analyse et de synthèse. Vous avez un très bon relationnel, de bonnes capacités d'adaptation et êtes ouvert d'esprit. Vous savez prendre des initiatives et être force de proposition. Vous aimez convaincre, votre ténacité est un de vos principaux atours. La maîtrise des outils informatiques et de l’anglais est nécessaire. Une expérience dans le bar et dans l’univers du tourisme est un plus.
