We are hiring a new talent as Senior Global Category Manager Marketing & Trade, to lead strategy category for a spend around EUR +500M and manage a global network of Marketing & Trade buyers.

As key member of the Global Procurement Team, you will work across Lactalis's different business divisions to drive high impacts & strategic projects. Your mission will focus on optimizing quality, cost, innovation and overall performance accross Marketing & Trade categories including Media, Panels & Studies, Creative/Design & prepress, POS Sales Activation comprising sales brokers, animation, merchandizing, display, discount coupon.

This high-visibility role will position you as key player in shaping & executing the Global Marketing & Trade procurement strategy.


Your MISSION & CHALLENGES :


As a SENIOR GLOBAL CATEGORY MANAGER MARKETING & TRADE you will:

- Lead centralized media & panel procurement efforts, driving strategic negociations with global partners to maximize the value creation and ensure consistency accross all zones.

- Coordinate procurement strategies for other Marketing & Trade categories (e.g., agencies, digital marketing, sales brokers, trade services) ensuring alignment global goals and regional execution.

- Develop expertise in Marketing & Trade procurement, building innovative sourcing approaches tailored to the dunamics of these categories.

- Manage an international network of 15+ regional/local buyers, fostering collaboration and efficency

- Drive global initiatives to enhance economic & sustainable performance of Marketing & Trade category


WHAT IS ESSENTIAL FOR US ?


- A minimum of 7+ years experience in marketing & Trade procurement with a proven track record of delivering impactful results.

- A Strategic & Collaborative mindset, able to lead centralized procurement while effectively coordinating regional and local stakeholders for others Marketings categories.

- Strong skills in aligning global strategies with regional execution, balancing strategic vision with operationals needs.

- Proven ability to build and manage relationships with global and regional stakeholders accross functions, fostering collaboration and achieveing buy-in for centralized strategies.

- Resilience, tenacity and credibility to lead high-stakes negociations and drive change in a very dynamic environment .

- Fluency in English & French, with strong communication and presentation skills to engage international teams.

- A results-oriented mindset, driven to deliver mesurable added value in marketing & Trade procurement categories,
