We're seeking a Senior SAP Analyst/Developer (Freelance) to support a financial system used across various government departments. This part-time engagement focuses on maintaining and evolving an existing SAP ECC 6 system (HANA DB), including system enhancements, integrations, and supporting application development activities within an SAP ABAP environment.
Expected Deliverables :
- Technical design of SAP solutions in close collaboration with internal analyst-developers,
- Development of new features and modules within the SIFIN-SAP environment according to functional and technical specifications, including the extension of integration layers via new SOAP webservices and redesign towards a RESTful API architecture, - Execution of unit and integration tests to ensure development quality,
- Handling of corrective maintenance and resolution of bugs in delivered functionalities,
- Production of technical documentation for all developments performed,
- Knowledge transfer and technical onboarding of internal team members on newly developed features.
Responsibilities :
- Work as a technical partner to the internal development team,
- Implement robust, maintainable SAP developments,
- Modernize and extend the current system's integration capabilities,
- Ensure high code quality through testing and documentation,
- Support functional stability via bug fixing and updates,
- Facilitate upskilling of internal SAP developers through guided handover.
