Dans le cadre d'un CDD nous recherchons un/e de Projets Erasmus + à temps partiel à compter du 16 février 2026.

Description Du Poste
L'animateur·rice interviendra en appui de la Responsable du pôle mobilité européenne et de la Chargée de projets européens, et participera à la mise en œuvre opérationnelle des actions de mobilité Erasmus+ stage.
Missions Générales
Participation à la sélection et à l'accompagnement des jeunes candidats à la mobilité
Animation des temps de préparation au départ visant à :
créer une dynamique de groupe,
sensibiliser les participants à l'interculturalité, à l'Union européenne et aux enjeux écologiques,
accompagner les jeunes dans la préparation concrète de leur départ à l'étranger
Suivi et accompagnement des jeunes avant, pendant et après leur mobilité
Participation à des déplacements locaux et européens, pouvant inclure des déplacements sur plusieurs jours (jusqu'à 4 jours), dans le cadre de formations, de visites d'accompagnement des jeunes et de rencontres avec les partenaires
Appui aux tâches administratives liées aux projets Erasmus+, en lien avec la responsable du pôle mobilité européenne et la chargée de projets européens
Contribution à la communication des actions, notamment sur les réseaux sociaux
Profil Recherché
Intérêt pour les projets européens et la mobilité internationale
Expérience en animation ou en éducation non formelle
Capacité à animer des temps collectifs et à accompagner un public jeune
Anglais requis : niveau B2 minimum
La pratique d'une autre langue étrangère (allemand, espagnol…) constitue un atout
Sens de l'organisation, polyvalence et esprit d'équipe
Aisance relationnelle et bonnes capacités d'expression écrite et orale
