Job Title : E-Commerce Manager f / m
Based in Paris (75012)
Role Objectives : As the E-Commerce Manager, you will be responsible for managing our e-shop websites under the DNP and sharingbox brands, as well as our customers' e-shops. Your goal will be to optimize the user experience, drive online sales, and ensure target achievement.
Key Responsibilities :
* Develop and implement the overall e-commerce strategy to drive online sales and revenue growth, in line with Product Manager and Digital Marketing specialist.
* Manage and optimize the DNP PIE e-shop website, ensuring an engaging, user-friendly, and secure shopping experience.
* Oversee product listings and pricing.
* Structure and implement marketing automation campaigns.
* Monitor website analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and improve performance.
* Manage inventory with the Operations team and oversee order fulfillment processes.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer support, to align e-commerce initiatives with overall business goals.
* Work with the Digital Marketing Specialist on SEO, SEM, email campaigns, marketing automation, social media ads, and affiliate marketing to drive traffic and conversions.
* Stay updated on e-commerce trends, tools, and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
* Implement strategies to increase customer retention, such as loyalty programs, personalization, and email marketing.
* Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and maintain the integrity of customer data.
* Act as the main contact with the external development agency for website maintenance and development.
* Track and analyze ROI by country for all online sales activities.
About You :
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2. Proficiency in CMS e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and tools such as Google Analytics.
3. Confirmed experience in marketing automation, primarily in B2C.
4. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and other digital marketing strategies.
5. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
6. Experience in UX / UI optimization and A / B testing.
7. Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
8. Sales mindset and result-oriented approach.
9. Structured approach with a project management mindset (scheduling and planning).
10. Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
11. Fluent English mandatory
12. Creative, flexible, and proactive.
Additional Information : Frequent travel to European offices is required.
