The Role


We are seeking a driven and commercially astute Regional Business Development Manager to lead air and ocean freight sales across the Paris/CDG region. You will be responsible for generating new business, developing strategic client relationships, and working closely with operational teams to deliver tailored logistics solutions.


Key Responsibilities


* Develop and execute a regional sales strategy across air and ocean freight
* Identify, target, and convert new business opportunities (SMEs to mid-tier clients)
* Manage and grow existing accounts with a focus on long-term partnerships
* Collaborate with operational teams to ensure smooth implementation of new business
* Track sales metrics, report on pipeline progress, and hit/exceed revenue targets
* Represent the company at industry events and client meetings


Requirements


* Proven track record in freight forwarding sales, ideally with both air and ocean freight
* Strong knowledge of the Paris/CDG market and regional logistics landscape
* Self-motivated with excellent negotiation and presentation skills
* Ability to work independently while being a strong team player
* Fluent in French; English proficiency is a strong advantage
* Driving licence required (car provided)
