Yourposition andyourteam:

As Assistant Marketing InnovationManagerEurope,youwillreport to a Marketing Innovation Manager Europe for theRetailandFoodservicedivisions andwillbeanintegralpart of the Marketing Europeteam.Yourobjectivewillbetocollaboratewithmembersof the Europe and Country Marketingteams, the Innovation &Developmentand Salesteams, and morebroadlywiththeSupply, Finance, andQualityteamsatBonduelle.

Yourresponsibilities:

* YouwillparticipateinBonduelle'sinnovation andrenovationprojectsin Europe,contributingconcretelytotheircoordination,development, and follow-up, in collaborationwiththeEuropeanandcountry'smarketingteams.

* YouwillanalyzeEuropeanmarketsbystudyingtrends, usage,competition, andproductline performancetoidentifyopportunitiesfor innovation orimprovement.

* Youwillhelp to set upstudiesand use theresultstobetterintegratethe expectations ofconsumers, chefs, and restaurantsintoprojects.

* Youwillmonitorthecompetitionandseekinspirationfrominnovative brands andinitiatives andhelp toanalyzeandsummarizethefindingsforEuropeanteams.

* Youwillsupport thecountry'smarketingteamsdailybyfacilitatingexchangesthroughthecreationofinternalcommunicationmaterialsandstructuringof marketing content.

* Finally,youwillhelp to lead theEuropeanmarketingcommunitybycontributingto the sharing of best practices, thediffusionof key information, and thedeploymentof cross-functionalprojects.

Your profile:

You have a bachelor's ormaster's degree in Marketing/Business(university, business school, IAE). You have some successful marketing experience, ideally in the agri-food or consumer goods sector. You havea good levelof English, both spoken and written (daily contact by phone, video, email, and writing presentations).

You are known for your ability to work in a team, your analytical and synthesis skills, and your sense of initiative.

You are looking for an internship that gives you responsibility and offers variety on a daily basis.You are curious, creative, organized, and have a real appetite for the agri-food industry and food trends.

En tantqu’Assistant(e) Marketing Innovation Manager Europe, tu seras rattaché(e) à un Innovation Manager Marketing Europe pour les pôles Retail et Restauration hors domicile (Foodservice) et tu feras partie intégrante de l’équipe Marketing Europe. Tu auras pour objectif de collaborer avec les membres de l’équipe Marketing Europe et Pays, les équipes Innovation & Développement, Commerciales, et plus largement avec les équipes Supply, Finance, Qualité de chez Bonduelle.

Missions :

* Tuparticipesauxprojetsd’innovationet derénovationdela marqueBonduelleenEurope,encontribuantconcrètementàleurcoordination,leurdéveloppementetleursuivi,enlien avec les équipes Marketing Europe et pays.

* Tu analyses lesmarchéseuropéensenétudiantles tendances, les usages, la concurrence et la performance desgammes,afind’identifierdesopportunitésd’innovationoud’amélioration.

* Tucontribuesà lamiseenplace des étudeset àl’exploitationdesrésultatspourmieuxintégrerlesattentesdesconsommateurs, des chefs et des restaurants dans lesprojets.

* Tu réalises uneveille concurrentielle etinspirationnellesur les marques et initiatives innovantes, et participes à l’analyse et à la synthèse des enseignements à destination des équipes européennes.

* Tuaccompagnesleséquipes marketing paysauquotidienenfacilitantleséchanges,notammentà travers lacréationde supports de communication internes et la structuration descontenusmarketing.

* Enfin,tuparticipesàl’animationde lacommunautémarketingeuropéenne,encontribuantau partage desbonnespratiques, à la diffusion desinformationscléset audéploiementdeprojetstransversaux.

Profil :

De formation supérieure Bac +4/5 Marketing / Commerce (Université, Ecole de commerce, IAE). Tu disposesd'unepremièreexpériencemarketingréussie,idéalementdansl’agroalimentaireoulesproduitsde grandeconsommation. Tu as un bonniveaud’anglais, oralcommeécrit(contactquotidienpartéléphone,visio,emailsetrédactiondesprésentations).

Tu esreconnu(e) pourtescapacitésdetravailenéquipe,d’analyseet desynthèse, tonsensdel’initiative.

Tucherchesun stageresponsabilisant, auquotidienvarié. Tu escurieux(se),créatif(ve),organisé(e)ettuasunevéritableappétencepourl’universagroalimentaireet les tendancesfood.
