Who we are?
HarfangLab is a cybersecurity scale-up that has developed an EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response) software, designed to prevent, detect and neutralize attacks targeting workstations and servers. In 2024, our solution has incorporated EPP (Endpoint Protection Platform) capabilities and monitoring tools to simplify IT infrastructure audits.
Since our founding in 2018, HarfangLab's technology has earned widespread recognition, winning prestigious awards and achieving the distinction of being the first ANSSI-certified EDR in 2020, followed by becoming the first to receive ANSSI qualification in 2025.
We have raised a total of €30 millions, enabling us to strengthen our teams and expand internationally across Europe. In just three years, HarfangLab’s workforce has nearly tripled, with the majority of its team members coming from technical backgrounds and dedicating themselves to R&D and continuous product enhancement.
Today, HarfangLab protects the endpoints of several hundred clients of all shapes and sizes, from CAC 40 corporations and government agencies to SMEs, hospitals, and local councils.

Why are we hiring?
Germany is a key strategic market for HarfangLab and plays a critical role in our European expansion. To support our growth in the region, we are hiring a Junior Sales (VIE) to join our local sales team and contribute to business development in the DACH market.
You Will Join a Germany-based Team Of Three
* A Regional Sales Manager, who will act as your direct mentor and local reference throughout the VIE,
* A Pre-Sales Engineer, also based in Germany,
* An SDR (Sales Development Representative).
The Regional Sales Manager is well established in the German cybersecurity ecosystem and will guide your onboarding and progression locally. In addition, your first weeks will include an onboarding period at our headquarters in Paris to help you get immersed in our culture, product, and teams.
Your Responsibilities
* Support the identification, qualification, and follow-up of sales opportunities, with guidance from senior team members
* Contribute to outbound prospecting, including account mapping, cold outreach, and lead nurturing
* Participate in the opening and development of new customer accounts
* Learn to manage sales cycles in close collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager and Pre-Sales Engineer
* Coordinate with internal teams (Pre-Sales, Marketing, etc.) to help drive opportunities forward
* Assist in the development of account plans for strategic clients and partners
* Represent HarfangLab at selected industry events and customer meetings in Germany
About You
* You have some initial experience (internships, work-study programs, or 1–2 years) in sales or business development, ideally in the tech or cybersecurity sector.
* You are eager to learn and grow your network in the cybersecurity ecosystem in Germany.
* You have strong interpersonal skills and are comfortable building professional relationships.
* You show a natural ability to engage with prospects and are motivated by opening new opportunities.
* You are interested in working with both direct clients and partners, and you are open to learning the dynamics of partner ecosystems.
* You are comfortable using CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus, but not mandatory).
* You are fluent in German and have professional proficiency in English.
* You are eligible for the V.I.E (Volontariat International en Entreprise) program (i.e. European citizen, under 29 years old at the start of the assignment, and compliant with Business France requirements).
The recruitment process
* A 30-minutes call with our Talent Acquisition Manager,
* A 30-minutes visio interview with the Hiring Manager,
* A 1 hour on-site interview + 30 minutes with the team for a team fit assessment,
* A workplace personality questionnaire to assess your motivations and soft skills,
* A final HR video appointment to review your soft skills and motivations.
