Dans ce cadre, nous recherchons un Responsable Acquisition des Talents, sous la responsabilité de la DRH France, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l'attractivité et le recrutement des talents qui contribueront à notre ambition.
Responsabilités :
- Définir et mettre en oeuvre des stratégies de recrutement efficaces pour attirer et recruter les meilleurs talents et répondre aux besoins de Ceva en France.
- Collaborer avec les responsables des différents départements et les HR BP pour comprendre leurs besoins en recrutement et y répondre de manière proactive.
- Superviser l'ensemble du processus de recrutement, du lancement de la demande jusqu'à l'intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs, en lien avec la stratégie d'acquisition des talents globale.
- Prendre en charge certains recrutements, notamment les positions managériales senior.
- Décliner la marque employeur en France en définissant une stratégie de déploiement locale alignée avec la proposition de valeur employeur globale.
- Analyser les indicateurs de performance et proposer des améliorations pour optimiser le processus de recrutement.
- Assurer une veille sur les tendances du marché de l'emploi en France et les meilleures pratiques en matière de recrutement.
- Construire et animer les partenariats stratégiques : agences de recrutement, grandes écoles & universités, jobboards
- Gérer et encadrer une équipe de recruteurs, en veillant à leur développement professionnel et à l'atteinte de leurs objectifs.
- Contribuer aux projets globaux et leur déclinaison en France, en structurant le plan d'accompagnement au changement en France, notamment pour les managers. Talent Acquisition Manager

In this context, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager, reporting to the France HR Director, you will play a key role in attracting and recruiting the talent that will contribute to our ambition.
Responsibilities :
- Define and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and recruit the best talent to meet Ceva's needs in France.
- Work with department heads and HR BP to understand and proactively address their recruitment needs.
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from the launch of the application to the integration of new employees, in line with the global talent acquisition strategy.
- Take charge of specific recruitments, particularly senior management positions.
- Cascade the employer brand in France by defining a local deployment strategy aligned with the global employer value proposition.
- Analyze performance indicators and propose improvements to optimize the recruitment process.
- Monitor French job market trends and recruitment best practices.
- Build and lead strategic partnerships with recruitment agencies, universities, job boards, etc.
- Manage and supervise a team of recruiters, ensuring their professional development and the achievement of their objectives.
- Contribute to global projects and their implementation in France, by structuring the change support plan in France, particularly for managers.
