🚀 We’re Hiring a Construction FPSO Manager! 🚀

Join a global leader in offshore energy solutions! We’re looking for a Construction FPSO Manager to drive the safe, efficient execution of complex floating production projects from our base near Nice, France.


📍Location: Nice Area, France (Office-Based with Travel to Yard/Offshore Sites Possible)

🕒 Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

🚢 Sector: Oil & Gas – FPSO Construction


Your Responsibilities:

* Lead all construction phases for FPSO projects, including planning, yard execution, and pre-commissioning.
* Ensure full compliance with HSE and QA/QC standards during all stages of construction.
* Manage interfaces between engineering, procurement, fabrication yards, and offshore teams.
* Supervise subcontractors and oversee fabrication yard activities, ensuring alignment with specs and schedules.
* Address and resolve technical, logistical, and scheduling challenges.
* Prepare and review method statements, construction reports, and progress documentation.
* Support integration, commissioning, and risk management across the project lifecycle.


Continuous Improvement:

* Promote constructability reviews and execution best practices.
* Drive performance monitoring and cost control, applying lessons learned to future projects.


Project Support & Documentation:

* Coordinate technical documentation and reporting aligned with project milestones.
* Maintain accurate progress tracking and forecasting.


What We’re Looking For:

🎓 Education:

Degree in Mechanical, Marine, or a related engineering discipline.

📋 Experience:

10–15 years in the Oil & Gas sector, with at least 5 years specifically in FPSO construction management.


🔧 Skills:

* Expertise in yard management, fabrication, and offshore integration.
* Strong knowledge of international marine and construction standards.
* Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Fluent in English; French is a strong asset.
* Open to occasional travel to shipyards or offshore locations.
