General Summary:
This position is the manager of the Admin Ops team. This team provides first line of support for all key business application, including (but not only) the Resource Scheduling Application platform.
Admin Ops team members will be specialized in some business application, but the overall knowledge of all key business applications is shared for all team members. You’ll make sure of a consistant level of knowledge for each team members.
You’ll take care of the platform, owning monitoring and supervision toolsets, but also incident management on ServiceNow.
You’ll be a key member of the IT Team in Paris, working closely with the other teams (ie: Application owners, global Discovery support team, etc) and Subject matter experts groups.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the First line support team for key business applications including Provys and MediaPulse (EMEA and US instance). This team is spread across Paris, London & Atlanta's offices.
2. Recruit new team members(contractors) and manage contractorsturn-over and competence handover.
3. Usual administrative tasks, including:
4. New users access, password reset and user permission setup.
5. User roles management.
6. Tools admin (ie list of reference values, app global settings, etc)
7. Password reset
8. Incident management, including
9. Ticket management in ServiceNow
10. Incident escalation and follow-up
11. Incident reporting,
12. Raise problems from an ITIL perspective to subject matter experts
13. Main point of contact for vendorssupport team (ProvysTech and Fabric Data).
14. Ensure proper communication on incident with users and managers
15. Keep knowledge base accurate, Create or update “How To” guides in our central Knowledge Base (Confluence)
16. Create and update video tutorials or any training materials.
17. Be actor of QA testing campaign, and report deficiencies in our QA tools (Squash)
18. Take part ofuser trainings.
19. During Major events, you may be involved in on call duty organization (Org will dependingon the importance of the Sporting events to secure), as first or second support line.
Requirements:
20. Clear communication and palatability to write clear documentation when required.
21. Good organizational skills.
22. Independent self-starter who can work unsupervised, proactive.
23. Remains calm under pressure.
24. Flexibility in accepting new and changing responsibilities, as well as strong personal initiative and resourcefulness.
25. Excellent people and interpersonal skills, good team player.
26. Flexibility and ability to adapt to different demands on short notice.
27. High levels of initiative, motivation and time management.
28. Experience and enthusiasm for the TV Industry or a related industry an advantage.
