Working with some of the largest industrial businesses in the world, we supply support & services to many areas including operational improvement, major projects and execution improvement.


We are proud to be expanding our European project portfolio, and as part of this we require a performance specialist to join us in France for a long-term project. Airswift are our recruitment partner for this project.


Role & Responsibilities

* Uncover and evaluate improvement opportunities on a client site using our proven assessment methodology and techniques.
* In partnership with the client, translate improvement opportunities into a detailed implementation plan
* Utilize coaching and our performance improvement methodology to deliver results for our clients
* Manage client relationships from the front-line to senior site leadership
* Provide and deliver our capability’s and develop the client / project with insights and methods to further enhance our implementation toolkit


Key skills

* Masters / bachelor’s degree (MBA is an asset)
* Demonstrated ability to work with people from the shop floor to senior management
* 5+ years of proven leadership and coaching experience
* Expertise in Lean Six Sigma, Green Belt Certification (a plus)
* Project Management Professional training
* Any relevant certification or qualification in the performance / improvement sector
* Previous experience working in the civil, construction, manufacturing or similar industrial sector
