Description du poste

As a Cybersecurity Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the security of our submarine networks. You will be part of a team responsible for implementing and maintaining cybersecurity features across our infrastructure.

This includes:

1. Security Equipment Management: Manage and configure firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and other security appliances.
2. Secure Design and Architecture: Participate in the design and implementation of secure network architectures for submarine cable systems.
3. Vulnerability Management: Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and mitigate security risks.
4. Incident Response: Respond to cybersecurity incidents, including investigation, containment, and recovery.
5. Threat Intelligence: Stay abreast of the latest cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities relevant to submarine networks.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, including engineering, operations, and customer support, to ensure the security of our systems.

Profil recherché

7. Must Have:
8. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
9. + years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on network security.
10. Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking and common protocols.
11. Experience with security technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and VPNs.
12. Knowledge of security standards and best practices (, ISO, NIST Cybersecurity Framework).
13. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
14. Proficient in English.
15. Nice to Have:
16. Experience with submarine cable systems or telecommunications networks.
17. Knowledge of cryptography and encryption technologies.
18. Experience with security information and event management (SIEM) systems.
19. Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CCNP Security.
